Complete Aqua Care was founded in 2018 by Jason Knight, when he purchased a small company consisting of 50 pools, right here in Northwest Arkansas.
In 2019 Complete Aqua Care rapidly began to grow, and Jason quickly realized his team needed to grow as well. With the help of Lewis Ryan, from Professional Pool Care, and David Hyatt, a leading expert in new pool technology and design, they solidified the company in an ever competitive market.
In 2020 we dove head first into the new pool construction scene, and now we have multiple teams building custom pools all over NWA and the River Valley.
Now, Complete Aqua Care has over 65 years of cumulative experience on our leadership team. Complete Aqua Care continues to grow and we are beyond grateful to be called Northwest Arkansas largest pool servicing company.

Complete Aqua Care is part of an exclusive organization with certified technicians on staff in the proper maintenance and management of new gunite pools using procedures certified by the National Plasterers Council (NPC). Below is a description of the specific details and advantages entailed as part of our “Start-Up” program:
- Critical in maintaining the integrity, quality and aesthetics for the pool plaster surface
- Perform daily service for brushing, equipment monitoring, chemical balance (record chemicals on a daily basis)
- Maintain proper Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) parameters as part of the chemical process to prevent leaching, etching and discoloration of the finished plaster
- LSI is the industry standard measurement to ensure water is not corrosive and chemical balance is maintained
- Proper management of required chemical levels – Chlorine, Alkalinity, PH, Calcium, Cyanuric Acid required to ensure the pool is safe and plaster is not a risk for discoloration and/or damage
- 24/7 On-call support services
- Education (i.e. “Pool School”) of equipment, functionality and general pool maintenance associated with the follow-on Weekly Program
